Reply, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Talent Acquisition to join our UK Recruiting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top candidates with a focus on digital services, IT, and business consulting across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update our internal applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information at all times.
- Help organize university careers fairs and other recruiting events.
- Assist with generating recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making, maintaining high data quality in our internal databases.
- Prepare job descriptions and manage our job adverts online, ensuring compliance with our corporate identity as well as company policies and legal requirements.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience as a recruitment coordinator/assistant, either at an agency or in an in-house talent acquisition function.
- Excellent communication skills as well as a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and workplace collaboration tools coupled with demonstrable experience using applicant tracking software.
- Degree-educated in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics, Law or other relevant fields of study (desirable).
