Blood Donation Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced nurse to lead our blood donation operations team. As a Blood Donation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of blood donation services across various locations. With your clinical expertise and leadership skills, you will develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care standards.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve blood donation services.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate blood donation services.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and understanding of best practice principles.
  • Experience of managing teams and improving processes.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
