Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our small family garage as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations.

Full time 8-5 Monday to Friday

Saturdays 9-1pm

Statutory benefits only

Communicating Face to face and on the telephone with customers and suppliers

Managing the diary effectively with integration from the website bookings

Managing the invoicing of services, mots and repairs on xero

Responsible for the exchange of monies

Making sure the website is regularly up to date with all information

Creating purchase and sales invoicing for cars

Uploading main supplier invoices onto xero

Reconciling customer and supplier invoices on xero

Ordering parts and getting the best prices for them

Putting together repair quotes for potential customers

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
