Yard Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Yard Site Manager to join our client's team in Edmonton. As a key member of the service operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and compliance in the yard.

About the Role:

You will report directly to the country manager and be responsible for ensuring all workers are working in accordance with their contracts, with no more than 1 hour of overtime per day. You will also be responsible for managing payments to suppliers, controlling cash on site, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage worker contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Minimize overtime and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee payments to suppliers and manage cash on site
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash tickets and cash register reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the country manager to drive operational efficiency and quality

Requirements:

This is a temporary to permanent role offering a competitive salary of £35,000-£38,000 depending on experience. The working hours are 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
