At Runwood Homes, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Culinary Director to lead our hospitality team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality meals in a residential care setting.

About the Role

We require a skilled and motivated individual who can inspire and motivate our kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food standards. As Culinary Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are cooked to a safe temperature, taste-tested, and presented to the highest standards.

You will have experience in managing kitchen staff, training and development, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. A secure understanding of special dietary and nutritional requirements is essential, as well as the ability to implement methods to ensure these needs are met.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively communicate at all levels and lead by example. You will also possess a full understanding of H.A.C.C.P. and Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene certificate.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,800 per annum, paid holiday entitlement, weekly pay, pension scheme, Blue Light Card, and access to various discounts on travel, restaurants, days out, and leisure activities.
