About the Job
As a Manufacturing Engineer for Assembly Operations, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and safety compliance. You will collaborate closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality control to optimize assembly line processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes that align with our company's sustainability goals and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement assembly line layouts, conduct time and motion studies, and apply lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
