Job Summary

We are seeking a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Bank Mental Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to support our teams across a range of mental health services, on your own schedule. This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to work on different wards and teams, allowing you to gain exposure and acquire expertise in many mental health specialities.

About the Role

This is a Bank position, which means you will work on an ad-hoc basis to support our teams. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients, and will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care
  • Support patients with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and psychosis
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully registered nurse with active NMC PIN and have some experience working in a similar clinical environment. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
