About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Activity Therapist to join our team at Electus Healthcare. As a vital member of our support team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent care to our residents and creating a stimulating and developing activity programme to enhance their quality of life.

As an Activity Therapist, you will be responsible for working closely with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, and designing activities that cater to their needs and abilities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of our activity programme. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver activity programmes that cater to the needs and abilities of our residents
  • Work closely with our residents to understand their interests and preferences
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all activities
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support
  • Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance our activity programme
