About the Role
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Manage medications according to individual care plans
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Record visits and progress using our digital care planning system
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
