">">We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Nurse to join our team at The London Clinic in central London. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, working closely with consultants, nursing colleagues, and clerical staff. You will be required to coordinate and deliver Minor Gynae/Colposcopy/Hysteroscopy/ENT Clinics independently, attend mandatory updates and external training, and maintain accurate and legible nursing records. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a specific surgical specialty, such as Gynaecology, ENT/Dermatology or Colorectal, and hold ILS/BLS certification. The salary range is up to £46,236 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus benefits including contributory pension scheme, private medical healthcare, and annual leave.">
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, working closely with consultants, nursing colleagues, and clerical staff.
  • Coordinate and deliver Minor Gynae/Colposcopy/Hysteroscopy/ENT Clinics independently.
  • Maintain accurate and legible nursing records, being aware of the legal implications of these documents.
  • Attend and maintain mandatory updates and any external training as appropriate.
  • Encourage confidence from consultants and patients through effective performance, communication, and working relationships.
  • Be flexible in staffing situations which may be at short notice.
  • Be conversant with the Clinic's patient information system to ensure comprehensive patient notes are documented and proficient in using order entry (charging) for accounting purposes.
  • Assist in maintenance of stock items keeping within budget boundaries and partaking in weekly stock checks, ordering, and annual stock takes.
  • Undertake office duties and be in charge where required with distant supervision from Clinical Rooms Manager and Sister in Charge.
  • Establish effective interdepartmental liaison to help achieve optimum levels of continued patient care.
  • Liaise with consultant's secretaries and insurance companies and the International office where necessary.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday. The location is 146 Harley Street and 5 Devonshire Place, London. We offer excellent career development opportunities and a wide range of discounts with various retailers/services.
