We are seeking a motivated Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Jazz Court Extra Care in Eastfield, Scarborough. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health, well-being, and independence of our residents.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident
  2. Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  3. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  4. Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £12.04 per hour on weekdays, £12.04 per hour on weekends, and £12.74 per hour on bank holidays.
