Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Children's Home Registered Manager in Scarborough. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is preferred at point of application.
- Understanding of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
