Lead the Way in Luxury Retail

As a Rituals Expert at London Designer Outlet, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's experience for customers in our Wembley store. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating an unforgettable feel-good atmosphere.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is a supervisor with prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality. You should have a strong motivation to reach performance targets and possess excellent decision-making skills. As a true brand ambassador, you'll mentor and support your team members while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Rituals brand and its values throughout the store
  • Mentor and guide Rituals Advisors to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader in luxury retail or hospitality
