We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Weekend Support Specialist. This part-time position requires 15 hours of work per week, with the primary responsibility of providing support and assistance to clients in the community.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing housing-related support and assistance to a caseload of referred service users.
  • Ensuring service users are fully involved and engaged in their agreed care plan, promoting their access to appropriate services and facilities.
  • Focusing on the needs of individual service users, establishing rapport, and using empathy, compassion, and patience to promote their rights and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and a comprehensive benefits package.
