About the Role:

La Fosse is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the success of our software development organization. As the Head of Software Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of technologists and data experts to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the team by recruiting top talent and fostering career development.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are achieved through software delivery.
  • Oversee and guide third-party software development when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain standards and metrics across the software development organization to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other management team members to embed Agile practices and facilitate rapid business benefit delivery.
  • Manage the implementation of process or technology improvements in support of software delivery.
  • Own the technical, risk, people, and development aspects to maintain and enhance application platforms for optimal customer outcomes.

About You:

  • A background in software development within data-heavy organizations or data background with a strong track record of software delivery.
  • Experience in a Head of level or senior management position.
  • Expertise in software delivery with a track record in delivering large platforms across the full technical stack.
  • Experience in leading an agile transformation and fostering growth, diversity, and empowerment across developers, data engineers, and architects.
  • Proven track record of developing people and implementing strong performance management principles.
  • Proficiency in Azure, DevOps, Containerization, Test Automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
