Engineering Manager

Curated is excited to represent an award-winning Series A FinTech in their search for a talented Engineering Manager.

This role is ideal for an experienced Engineering leader who is looking to progress into Senior Leadership within a rapidly scaling FinTech in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering roadmaps and manage backend teams to ensure platform stability.
  • Foster collaboration within remote engineering teams to drive product enhancements for improved customer experience.
  • Analyse performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the Product teams and goals of the wider organisation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
  • 5+ years in Software Engineering with hands-on experience in software engineering.
  • Proven hands-on programming experience, ideally in Node, React, TypeScript or Kotlin, Java.
  • Solid experience building and scaling web apps and websites.
  • Focused on delivering customer-first products and solutions.
  • Experience in FinTech, finance, or similar start-ups or scale-ups.
  • Comfortable working in remote environments and managing remote teams.
