Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and caring Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Sandringham Court in Bournemouth. As a Visiting Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and Head Office Team, including managing repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
2. Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
3. Manage contractors, including weekly cleaning, gardening, and bimonthly window cleaning.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good standard of IT knowledge and understanding.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
