As a Digital Adoption Consultant at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the efficient use of our digital systems and platforms. Our 10-year strategy relies heavily on these tools, and we require someone who can ensure seamless adoption and drive user engagement.

• Develop and implement effective strategies for digital system adoption, focusing on user-centric approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Deliver comprehensive training programs, equipping users with the necessary skills to leverage digital systems effectively.
• Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends, advising on best practices for digital system implementation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital system adoption, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving user adoption and improving digital literacy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong understanding of business systems, including Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.

• A competitive salary range of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
