About the Role

As a Visitor Assistant, you will play a key role in providing a warm welcome to our visitors, responding to their queries, and helping them to make the most of their visit. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming visitors and providing information about the park's history, wildlife, and facilities.
  • Assisting with event organisation and delivery.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
