Job Description:

We require a highly skilled and experienced manager to oversee the analysis and resolution of construction claims related to project delays and damages. This role involves providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on claim resolution strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction disputes and resolve claims related to delay and damages.
  • Develop and implement claim resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful claim outcomes.

  • Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in construction claims with a focus on delay and damages.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
