About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Dispute Resolution Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in resolving disputes between employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in industrial relations, with a strong understanding of dispute resolution processes and procedures. You will be responsible for providing guidance on HR best practices, supporting project work, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving disputes between employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Providing guidance on HR best practices and procedures.
  • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including unions and local authorities.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Working closely with the regional boards and employee relations committees to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in industrial relations, ideally within the electrical sector.
  • Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
