Lead Consultant for Project Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a Lead Consultant for Project Dispute Resolution to join our team at LVI Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project dispute resolution and a proven track record of success.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage projects related to project dispute resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful dispute resolution outcomes.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to project dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, AACE) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project dispute resolution, with a focus on construction claims.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).
