About the Role

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £16,770 - £22,308 per annum, plus uncapped commission. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including a bonus scheme.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Staying informed about all products, services, and promotions, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Maintaining a high standard of store appearance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a sales or service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in communications technology.
  • Previous experience working in retail.
  • Familiarity with the telecoms sector.
