The Role

As a Private Family Law Specialist, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. You will provide tailored advice to clients on these complex issues, assisting senior lawyers on cases as needed. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement, with the chance to work alongside experienced lawyers who will support your development and offer mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements, and other related issues.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on family law matters, using your strong knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting senior lawyers on complex cases, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the firm's success.
  • Working collaboratively within the team, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Requirements

  • A qualified Family Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE, possessing a strong understanding of private family law.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide clear, concise advice.
