As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for reviewing and challenging the management of exposure to credit and investment risk, including the approach to risk identification and measuring risk impacts.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a good understanding of the workings of the financial markets, a knowledge of statutory, legal and regulatory frameworks, risk management and corporate governance. You will also have a high impact individual, who provides confident and credible challenge to stakeholders within the business, including the Investment and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities- Review and challenge the management of exposure to credit and investment risk
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies
- Provide risk management advice to the business
- Collaborate with the Investment and Finance teams to ensure effective risk management
We offer a competitive salary between £90,000 and £95,000, a bonus opportunity of 12% of annual salary, a generous pension scheme, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a range of other benefits including discounts on Aviva products and services.
