Job Summary:
Parkside Office Professional is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on an 18-month contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in the property industry, and possess excellent administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sustainability team in achieving local aspirations and delivering the corporate sustainability strategy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site visits to manage risk and ensure operations align with environmental best practices.
- Collate and analyze data to report on sustainability performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the sustainability agenda, best practice guidelines, and understand their impact on the company.
- Prepare guidance to assist project teams in managing sustainability.
- Participate in group-wide sustainability forums and working groups to share knowledge and drive good practice.
- Compile written reports on sustainability performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent administrative skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
