Job Description

We are seeking a Special Needs Education Professional to join our team. As a Special Needs Education Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for delivering tuition sessions, developing lesson plans, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills, experience, and passion for supporting learners with special educational needs to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tuition sessions to students with special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the support network to ensure seamless provision.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in special education and adapt approaches accordingly.

Requirements

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of settings.
  • Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS (subject to screening).
