We are seeking a dedicated GCSE SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Havering. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, enhance your SEN experience, and play a pivotal role in their academic journey.
Job Description:This role involves supporting young learners with special educational needs in a GCSE environment. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support and promote inclusive learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Contributing to the development of individualized education plans
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a passion for supporting young learners with SEN and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
