Our esteemed client, an award-winning consultancy firm in London, seeks a talented Heritage Building Professional to join their team.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will excel in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and possess experience in delivering building surveying services to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed reports with thorough background research
  • Conducting site surveys to assess building defects and recommend remedial works
  • Administering construction contracts effectively
  • Developing specifications for repairs
  • Providing high-quality advice to clients regarding building material condition and performance

The successful candidate will hold RICS membership and have previous experience with complex repair and refurbishment projects, contract administration, and up-to-date knowledge of technical standards and statutory requirements.
