Accounting and Financial Services Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Services Manager to lead our finance team and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring we remain competitive in the market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. They will also provide guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management processes.
  3. Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Certified professional qualifications, such as ACCA or AAT.
