About this Opportunity

The Order and Delivery Advisor role is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing and delivery of orders. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our drivers and customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, maintaining regular communication via phone and email to update them on order status and any changes or delays.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the business and our dealer network to facilitate the smooth processing and delivery of orders.
  • Respond promptly to driver enquiries, providing necessary information and guidance to address their concerns.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate potential issues or challenges that drivers may face during the delivery process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through first contact resolution, taking full accountability for the service delivered.
