About the Role:

As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care while driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
  • Meet quality and financial targets to ensure the continued development of the service
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including purchasers and referrers
  • Lead the team through supervision and development processes
  • Participate in strategic contract reviews and represent the service in meetings with key partners

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and managing challenging behaviour
  • Registered Nurse status
  • A successful track record in management within the social or healthcare sector
  • Strong commercial acumen to drive service delivery, budget control, and business development
  • A leadership style that fosters inclusivity and supports team development
  • Experience working with external agencies, including CQC, Safeguarding, and CCGs
