Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our busy law firm, ensuring unparalleled levels of client service.

This part-time role requires the ability to handle pressure and prioritize daily tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include efficiently administering new clients' requirements, utilizing a confident telephone manner to engage with existing and prospective clients, and maintaining accurate client data within our case management system.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a fast-paced legal environment, although comprehensive training will be provided. Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach to work, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary: £25-30 per hour (dependent on experience)
