**The Role**:

- Processing customer orders
- Booking in stock
- Liaising between branches and external suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
- Creating purchase orders
- Completing daily spread sheets
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages for the sales team
- Assisting with Health and safety
- General admin tasks

**Required Skills**:

- Strong personality and confident on the phone
- IT literate, and knowledge of excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Previous experience in an admin role

**Benefits**:

- £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

**About Optima**:
An independently family run business founded in 1995. Starting out life selling nuts and bolts along with other fittings from a garage, a small team grew the Kings Lynn based Optima Metal Services into the leading multi metal stockholder and processor it is today.

Optima Metal Service’s move into stockholding began with stainless steel and aluminium, adding mild steel due to customer demand. That same customer demand led to the investment of state-of-the-art laser cutting and forming technology, which has been constantly expanding since. The business now has multiple flatbed lasers, a tube laser, and press brake machines.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
