This role involves working as a Residential Team Leader, providing exceptional care and support to our children and young people. You will be responsible for meeting their needs in line with Ofsted regulations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Registered Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose, develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs.
