Job Opportunity: Academics LTD is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Worcester (WR1).

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with special educational needs. As a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored learning environment that meets the individual needs of each student.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £96.53 per day and a great work-life balance. You will be working 1:1 with a Reception pupil who has Autism, providing personalized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a 2 Form Entry School setting
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored learning environment
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to students
  • Contributing to the development of lesson plans and educational materials
