Job Title: Sales Account Manager

AlcoDigital is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Sussex. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion of inbound enquiries into sales
  • Providing online training to clients
  • Providing in-person training courses to clients
  • Making outbound follow-up calls in response to email and website enquiries
  • Identifying and following up opportunities from within the CRM system
  • Effectively recording call information on the companies CRM system
  • Administering certifications and course allocation of clients training needs
  • Achieving sales goals and targets

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Sales/Account Management based environment, identifying customers' needs through effective questioning, overcoming objections, and working towards sales targets. With a professional and friendly telephone manner, you will deliver high levels of customer service throughout, building rapport with customers and following up when necessary.

We offer a competitive package made up of £27k basic, £3.5k commission on existing business, and a target bonus (based on delivering new business of £75k per year) of £6.5k - total OTE £37k+ per year.
