Food Service Director Scotland

We are looking for a Senior Chef Management professional to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food services across multiple sites in Scotland.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior chef management, with a proven track record of maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and food safety. You will also have strong commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of chefs.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance, expenses, and free meals on shift. In addition, you will benefit from a contributory pension scheme, digital GP access, and exclusive travel discounts.
