Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team in Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and service delivery.

This role involves managing and coordinating the Local Resilience Forum's response to emergency situations, including developing and implementing contingency plans, conducting risk assessments, and providing support to partner agencies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

Salary: £50,788 - £52,805 per annum.
