Shaw Healthcare: A Leader in Care and Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Glebe House, a highly valued provider of care. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
  • Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal and working relationship skills.
  • Work independently, using a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.

What We Offer:

We provide full training, including our leadership programme, to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw Healthcare. You don't need previous experience or qualifications – we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.

Salary and Benefits:

£12.00 per hour, with flexible working hours and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of our service users.
