Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Glebe House. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centred care to our service users
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date care plans are in place
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
