Job Description: Bookkeeping and Payroll Coordinator
Location: Farnham
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced bookkeeper and payroll coordinator to join our team in Farnham. This role involves managing our accounts department and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the accounts inbox and respond to client and stakeholder queries.
- Process invoices from suppliers, chase outstanding payments, and reconcile statements against the profit and loss account.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for account-related matters.
- Input data into our system after scanning invoices.
- Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounts experience.
- Proficient user of Excel.
- AAT or ACCA qualified or working towards an accounting qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail.
This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. You will need your own transport to travel to our location in Farnham.
