About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Patient Access Solutions Manager to join our team at SERVICE HERO CONSULTING LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of patient access strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the national healthcare environment, experience in reimbursement dossier compilation, and proven analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient access strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Lead projects to submit patient access dossiers to regulatory authorities with high standards of operational excellence.
  • Analyze data to generate insights for patient access submissions that create value for customers, patients, and Novartis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in patient access or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
