Early Years SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher/Form Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and nurturing a small group of low ability students in an engaging learning environment. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage student behaviour.
Duties:
- Support students with SEN needs.
- Small classroom size, low ability.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment.
- Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilise early childhood education techniques to engage young learners.
- Weekly PPA is given.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to educate and inspire students of all abilities.
