We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Years SEN Support Specialist in Isleworth, Middlesex.

Job Overview:

This full-time role involves working alongside a qualified teacher and an Early Years Practitioner in a vibrant Reception class. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) within a mainstream Reception setting.

About the Role:
  • Supporting students with various needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other SEN, in a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborating closely with the classroom teacher and Early Years Practitioner to ensure the children's needs are met.
  • Engaging children in learning activities and assisting in their progress.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Psychology degree or related field. A strong background in SEN, proactive approach to behaviour management, and commitment to supporting young children in their early learning journey are essential.
