Project Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Nuclear Electrical Project Lead to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Devonport Nuclear team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex electrical projects within the nuclear sector.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and guiding project team members to achieve targets.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring all electrical works are procured, planned, and carried out safely in accordance with project requirements and UK law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with experience in nuclear and defence sectors. A CSCS White PQP/AQP certification is also required.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus car allowance and subsistence packages available. We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting the importance of this role in our team.
