Graduate Site Engineer

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Car / allowance + Progression to Project Engineer

Location: Hertfordshire Based - Site based role
***Sites based South East of England***

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineering graduate to kickstart their career in a Site Engineer position with a leading international sub-contractor in the water industry. The company offers full hands-on training and development, providing a clear progression path for motivated individuals.

As a Civil Engineering graduate, you will work on-site alongside experienced Site Engineers, initially learning the ropes and eventually taking on responsibilities such as:

  • Understanding client requirements
  • Overseeing operatives
  • Assisting Project Managers with payment applications
  • Ensuring health and safety projects are being adhered to on site

The ideal candidate:

  • Civil Engineering or Geology degree
  • Ideally 1 Year Civil Engineering experience - Could be a placement year
  • Motivated individual looking to progress
  • Full UK Driver's license
