Are you passionate about Renal dietetics and eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the health of individuals affected by kidney conditions in Tayside?
We are seeking an experienced dietitian to join the Tayside Nutrition & Dietetic Service Renal Team. The successful candidate will provide specialist nutrition and dietetic services to adults within the Renal service, encompassing inpatients, outpatients, and input to haemodialysis units across Tayside.
This role would be ideal for an experienced Band 6 Renal Dietitian or a Band 5 Dietitian with a strong interest in this specialist area. The post holder will be expected to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, taking a proactive approach in patient care, and contribute to developing and implementing standards of best practice.
Excellent working relationships exist with dietetic colleagues throughout NHS Tayside via the Tayside Nutrition & Dietetic Service and the Tayside Nutrition Network, facilitating the development and implementation of evidence-based practice, peer support, and Continuous Professional Development. Additionally, there is a commitment to training of dietetic students, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to demonstrate good team working and work autonomously, are required. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council is mandatory.
