Are you passionate about Renal dietetics and committed to improving the health of individuals affected by kidney conditions across Tayside?

We are seeking an experienced dietitian to join the Tayside Nutrition & Dietetic Service Renal Team as a specialist nutrition and dietetic professional.

The ideal candidate will provide expert care to adults within the Renal service, including inpatients, outpatients, and haemodialysis units across Tayside.

This opportunity is suited for an experienced Band 6 Renal Dietitian or an experienced Band 5 Dietitian with a strong interest in this specialist area.

The successful candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, taking a proactive approach in the clinical care of patients, and contribute to developing and implementing standards of best practice.

NHS Scotland offers excellent working relationships with dietetic colleagues throughout the organization via the Tayside Nutrition & Dietetic Service and the Tayside Nutrition Network.

This enables professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practice, receive peer support, and progress Continuous Professional Development.

The organization also undertakes training for dietetic students, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate good team working and work autonomously.

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council is mandatory.

Salary: £43,053 - £57,911 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.

Working hours: 29.6 hours per week, 8.30 – 4.30pm, 4 days a week.
