About the Position

We are seeking a Higher Education Professional to join our team at William College. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality programs and services to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality and standards frameworks, working closely with academic staff and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including the Office for Students (OfS) Regulatory Framework.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to service committees, writing agendas, minutes, and papers as required.
  • Develop expert knowledge of internal quality assurance and governance mechanisms, providing advice to colleagues as needed.
  • Write guidance documents on various themes, contributing to committee papers and reports.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or significant work experience in a higher education setting.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in simple language.
  • Advanced knowledge of ICT software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.
  • Experience in servicing meetings, writing agendas, minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Ability to work independently to strict deadlines, with a high attention to detail.
